Jean-Marc, owner and Executive Chef of
L'Auberge de France was raved about last night! Apparently Jean-Marc went out of his way to help a customer with a hard to find ingredient for a recipe she was creating later that evening. She tried L'Auberge as it houses a beautiful array of exotic ingredients, expecting to find White Truffle Oil. L'Auberge had sold out! Needless to say Jean-Marc did not want this customer to miss out so from his own private stash helped her finish her creation! Now that's customer service!
The customer will remember this for a very long time and since her experience yesterday has regaled this tale many times to the point it is now on this blog!
Attention and compassion...it does the job every time! Congratulations L'Auberge and Jean-Marc!
